* 2 *

I wondered about making a resolution this year, I mean it's the done thing isn't it - or is it ?

I thought of a few things , you know the boring lose weight, get fitter etc etc but decided against them . In fact I decided against it altogether.

There are probably so may things we would all like to change or do different but why at the beginning of the year . Surely you can have a fresh start or a new beginning any time you like?

What do you think?

I love the seed head photo!!! I suppose people make resolutions at the beginning of the year to give them a whole year to get them done! I agree, you can make resolutions whenever you want to and change them as necessary! x

Well I have always thought all this new year resulotion thing was a bit of a croc. Change will happen when you are ready to make the change.

Although I guess New Year plans are ok. You know where to go for a holiday what sort of fun things you want to do or learn this year. After all its nice to have things to look forward to.

It's been a while, I'm just getting back into blogging again. The boys are looking so grown up and fair play with all of those wrist warmers - they look brilliant! I'm loving your pictures, a great inspiration for when I get my new camera! Happy New Year! x

I'm not much for resolutions and at this time of year you need things to cheer you up. I run a slimming club and its manic and then it starts to drop of.....you get the picture. So nah no resolutions!

I'm not one for resolutions either... what's the point really. If you have to wait until one day of the year to do it... it's probably not worth it! I think it does make people take stock of what is going on in their lives that they'd like to change though. I think we can start any old time!

All I promised to myself is not to need to blog daily, it just felt too hard after the holidays. So for the first time the resolution was a positive one instead of cut the chocolate, lose weight... :) This one I might be able to keep!

Happy Year!

Mia
