I Did It, I Did It, I Did It - Yeah

Wooohooo I'm dancing around the room like Carlton from the Fresh Prince, well I was. After quite a few lessons and a change of instructor I have passed my driving test - words cannot express just how happy I am at this precise moment in time. No more getting buses and taxis with the grocery shopping and finally being able to take the family on proper days out . Now the hunt is on for a car.
I haven't got any new pics as I forgot to get batteries for the camera so am just showing a few random ones

Me
, don't think my legs have seen the light of day since.

The day Sunderland beat Newcastle for the first time at home in 28 years - I had my colours on
too

I don't think I mentioned before that during the summer Hub took Milo to his first cricket match. Milo was actually shown on the TV..... typical Milo!!

Now I;m off to celebrate with pizza ....

Lovely pics! I am so please for you that you passed your test. It will give you so much more freedom. I took my test about 20 years ago, failed and never got in the driving seat again! Just to let you know that the snowmens waistcoats are made from a Laura Ashley designer paper pack for craft.

I can understand that you must be bouncing off the walls - congratulations! Passing your driving test is no mean feat and with two little 'uns in tow it's sure to make a real difference to your life. Love the pic of Milo on TV - fantastic! PS I love the idea of a dog called Gary - brilliant!

Congratulations Lisa! Even though I now catch a train to work most days, it is so nice to have the option of jumping in the car, if I want to. I have been driving for many years, and I couldn't imagine my life without a car. You won't know yourself, and I am sure the boys will have lots of ideas where they want to go! That really is a great still of Milo on Sky, what a lovely memento of the day. I really enjoyed reading your comment on my 200th post. Thanks Lisa. x

Fantastic! Congratulations to you! It will be great to just jump in the car and go when you want to, where you want to.

The thought of the Carlton dance is cracking me up! My hubs and I used to love to watch that show. Carlton was just the funniest character! Dance on!

I am so happy for you. Well done. I still think passing my driving test was one of the best things I've ever done. The sense of freedom it creates. Don't forget the bus is good for the environment.
